Overview

Recruitment Consultant - Scientific Sector

Location: Reed Cambridge - Scientific, Unit 7, CC7, 8 Clifton Ct, Clifton Rd, Cambridge CB1 7BN

Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home (post-induction)

Salary: £26,000 - £34,000 (DOE) + uncapped bonus

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week, Monday-Friday

Contract: Permanent

• Client Relationship Building: Use your business development, sales, and marketing skills to grow and nurture relationships with client companies.
• Candidate Attraction & Engagement: Craft compelling job ads, headhunt, network, and leverage social media to find top talent. Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure the perfect match.
• Business Development: Drive growth by identifying and onboarding new clients, expanding our reach in the scientific sector.
