Responsibilities and Duties

As a 360 Recruiter at GVC, your mission is to find the perfect match for both our clients and candidates. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Negotiating favourable contracts between our agency, employers, and talented candidates.
  • Utilizing industry-specific vacancy websites and strategically posting job advertisements.
  • Proactively sourcing new business leads and cultivating opportunities.
  • Articulating the benefits of our clients' companies and available positions to potential applicants.
  • Showcasing the skills and expertise of our candidates to potential employers.
  • Mastering our GVC database and spreadsheet tools.
  • Screening prospective job applicants to assess their skills and qualifications.
  • Recording applicants' CVs and contact information in our database for future reference.
  • Skilfully matching potential candidates with our clients' requirements.
  • Crafting and posting engaging job adverts to attract the right candidates.
  • Engaging in cold calls to promote GVC's exceptional services.
  • Building strong relationships with new clients to foster growth and expand business opportunities.
  • Conducting headhunting activities for senior management positions and specialized roles.
Individual Expectations

As a key member of our team, we expect you to:

  • Strive to exceed your monthly placement target.
  • Deliver high levels of Business Development to attract new clientele.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our existing valued clients.
  • Make a high volume of outbound contacts daily (around 60-100) to prospective clients and candidates.
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with clients, ensuring top-quality recruitment services and encouraging repeat business.
  • Establish your unique brand within GVC and be recognized as an industry leader.
  • Consistently meet and exceed agreed-upon KPIs.
  • Exemplify professionalism and be an ambassador for our company.
  • Offer guidance and support to your colleagues, assisting in their development and being available to answer questions.
Experience

Preferably you will have 2+ years’ experience as a Recruiter, within either Veterinary, Healthcare, Education or Technical sectors (although not essential) demonstrating ability to work in a target driven role.

Salary & Benefits
  • Salary:
    Recruitment Consultant £26,000 to £32,000 per annum (experience-dependent).
  • Senior Consultant £32,000 to £38,000 per annum (experience-dependent).
  • Commission Structure: To be discussed during the first interview (up to 50% commission) Uncapped commission structure.
  • Annual Leave: Enjoy 25 days paid leave plus bank holidays.
  • Progression Plan: Progression plans in place for all consultants to gain promotions, salary increases and additional performance bonuses.
