Nexus People are currently recruiting foran On-site Recruitment Consultant, to be based at their busy client location in Corby.

You must have previous experience as an On-site Consultant working in theTemporary Recruitmentsector, and have previous experience within High Volume Hiring.

Working Asan On-site Recruitment Consultant

• Dealing with all aspects of Recruitment, from attraction to onboarding
• Managing interviews & assessments and proactively maintaining a pool of available candidates
• Completing all compliance & referencing checks, in line with company policy
• Remaining aware of local area competition, fluctuations in pay rates, and changes tocandidate activity
• Providing supply reports when required/requested
• Workforce Management - from performance management to disciplinary action
  
  

The suitablecandidate will have the ability to work in a busy environment and will be able to multi-task and juggle a number of different projects at once.

The Working Hours Of An On-site Consultant

• Monday to Friday
• 06:00- 14:00
• 09:00 - 17:00

We are looking for people with a recruitment background who understand the requirement for flexibility when it comes to working hours and days. This is a full-time role, but there will be times when you may be required to do additional hours, during the busier periods.

You will have excellent communication skills and your IT and Computer knowledge will be good too. You may be asked to be on call when out of the office, so the ability to deal with issuespromptly and professionally is required.
