We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant with proven experience in doctor/medical recruitment to join our growing team based in TTM’s Belfast office, with flexible working from home options after an initial period. We are seeking an experienced professional who is a self-starter, ambitious, and has experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting and networking
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
  3. Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with potential clients
  4. Achieve sales targets, objectives, and weekly KPIs as set by division manager
  5. Add and refresh candidate and contact details on the CRM
  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends
The Ideal Candidate
  1. Proven experience in medical recruitment, ideally with a focus on doctors
  2. Strong understanding of the NI healthcare market
  3. 1 - 2 years’ experience in a sales role; clerical or administrative experience will also be considered
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven
  8. Ability to travel nationwide as required (mileage reimbursement); access to own transport and a full driver’s license are required
