Title: Recruitment Consultant

Sales Position - Base Salary + uncapped commission WITH NO DRAWS/THRESHOLDS

- 4 days a week in office, 1 day work from home

- 360 recruitment placing candidates on a contract basis

Daily responsibilities:
  • Managing your own 360 desk—candidate delivery and new business development
  • Hunting candidates via cold calling, LinkedIn Recruiter, job ads, and referrals
  • Conducting market research for business development
  • Developing expertise in the Life Sciences space and sourcing high-quality candidates
  • Providing excellent candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs
  • Representing Meet and clients to attract top talent
  • Administrative tasks to maintain pipelines and systems
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned
