To £30k base + excellent commission + tailored training – Realistic OTE £65k in year one

• Are you a recruitment consultant, probably with around one year’s experience, looking for a new recruitment consultant role working with a live international client base?
• This company can give you live clients and requirements to work on immediately and has high average fees, meaning you earn more commission!
• It is a leader in a niche market, placing highly skilled personnel in a global industry and has very few serious competitors. You will benefit from its strong brand, excellent one-to-one training from the MD, and vast candidate database and long-established client base.
• You will be an ambitious and motivated recruitment consultant looking for a role which will allow you to work with existing clients whilst developing new relationships using the company’s undoubtedly strong reputation as leverage. Fluency in French will be a distinct advantage.
• The salary is negotiable but will be in the region of £30k with a genuine first-year OTE around £65k with significantly more likely in year two.
