About the Role:

We’re looking for a Contract Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing Life Sciences team in Liverpool. You’ll focus on placing top-tier contract professionals across Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality functions within the Life Sciences sector.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing and growing a portfolio of contract clients and candidates
• Delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions, from sourcing to placement
• Building long-term relationships with hiring managers and technical professionals
• Driving SOW (Statement of Work) contract sales and project-based recruitment
• Staying ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes in Life Sciences

• Proven experience in technical contract recruitment (essential)
