Key Duties & Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their project controls staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
2. Candidate Sourcing: Utilizing innovative sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent in the contract project controls sector, including cost engineers, planners, and project controllers.
3. Full Recruitment Cycle: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers to ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.
4. Market Intelligence: Staying abreast of industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates alike.
5. Collaboration: Working closely with our talented team of recruiters to share best practices, strategies, and success stories.

Desired Skills & Experience

1. Proven experience as a 360 recruiter within the life sciences, chemicals, or engineering sector.
2. A degree in a science related discipline or an interest in the science and pharmaceutical sector.
3. Strong understanding of the UK recruitment sector and able to show billing success.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.
5. A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional service.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a hybrid working environment.
