About the Role:

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Energy division. This is a fantastic opportunity to further your recruitment career. You will be working alongside some of the best in the industry, and with a recently promoted Head of Energy, there will be huge scope to maximize existing clients as well as bring in new business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing top talent for the Energy sector, with a focus on finding highly qualified professionals.
2. Take ownership of the recruitment process from start to finish, developing strategies to find, attract, and hire experts in various disciplines among our clients.
3. Lead initiatives in global sourcing, diversity hiring, and engaging passive candidates, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
4. Drive business development, building relationships with new clients while maintaining strong partnerships with existing ARM's Energy clients.
