We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing education team based in Loughton, Essex. Whether you're an experienced recruiter or someone with strong sales or education experience looking to take the next step, we want to hear from you!

About the Recruitment Consultant Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant in our education division, you will:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, nurseries, and educational institutions
• Source, screen, and place high-quality candidates (teachers, TAs, support staff) into temporary and permanent roles
• Attend client visits, assess staffing needs, and provide tailored recruitment solutions
• Work to clear targets with the opportunity for fantastic financial rewards

Here at Remedy our education sector has been operating for 6 years and covers primary, secondary SEN, tutors early years, Key Stage 1 and Key stage 2. Our Medical division starting over 13 years ago, and finally our Social Care division started 10 years ago.

The Recruitment Consultant role is full time permanent starting ASAP based in Loughton Essex.

Salary is depending on experience.
