The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and placing exceptional IT Technology professionals across various industries and sectors, with the potential to leverage our international reach and connections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both client organizations and potential candidates
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate sourcing through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and direct approaches
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial screening to final placement
  • Leverage our international business network to expand candidate and client opportunities
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Prepare candidate shortlists and present compelling profiles to client organizations
  • Develop a deep understanding of client business needs and market trends in finance and accounting recruitment
  • Meet and exceed monthly billing and placement targets
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client databases
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients
  • Collaborate with international team members to enhance recruitment strategies
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within an IT Technology discipline
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and sales capabilities
  • Proficiency in using recruitment databases and CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Graduate degree preferred, though relevant experience will be considered
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Adaptability and interest in global business dynamics
