Salary: £27k to £33k + commission

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are now looking for a driven, results-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant:

* Identify and pre-screen talented individuals who would be well-suited to working in an education setting

* Organise your time to ensure key administrative tasks are completed to adhere to compliance standards

* Follow up with prospective candidates to support their journey through the candidate cycle

* Build a portfolio of schools across SEN, Primary and/or Secondary in which you can place said candidates

* Utilise research, cold-calling and effective marketing strategies to win new business

Skills & Experience Required:

* Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
