Salary:

£30K base salary + Uncapped Commission (OTE £40-50K Y1, over 6 figures in Y3)

My client is a leading Technology Recruitment firm, experts in placing high-level tech professionals. This role involves significant research, market analysis, and identifying leading figures and talent within the technology sector, handling both candidates and clients.

Earning Potential:

£30k base salary + Uncapped Commission. OTE £40-50k in Y1, rising to over 6 figures in Y3! With high fee sizes, someone in their 2nd year earned £70k in commission from just one placement!

Training:

During training, you'll receive a mix of classroom learning and practical one-on-one mentoring from experienced professionals who have closed million-pound deals and have extensive field experience.
