V-Recruit, a specialist recruitment company, is expanding its team in the UK. We seek an experienced Recruitment Consultant or a Recruitment Resourcer aiming to step into sales/account management.

You will manage client accounts and source candidates for temp and perm roles across construction and business services. The role offers hybrid working, uncapped bonuses, and 28–33 days leave, with private healthcare after probation and enhanced family leave.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience, ideally in construction or business services.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with high standards.
• Self-motivated and deadline-driven with a team-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Account management of existing and future company clients with exceptional service.
• Grow existing business or generate new leads and opportunities.
• Source candidates and fill temporary and permanent vacancies.
• Advertise vacancies and manage applications.
• Vet candidates, including references and compliance checks.
• Register candidates and support payroll/administrative duties.
