Recruitment Consultant - HR

A fantastic opportunity has opened up for an HR Recruiter to join The ONE Group's established team in Cambridgeshire. If you're a proactive and relationship-driven professional who enjoys meeting clients face-to-face, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for HR roles across Cambridgeshire.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior HR professionals.
• Actively meeting clients over coffee and at networking events to develop partnerships.
• Providing market insights and strategic advice to both clients and candidates.
• Working closely with our Marketing, Business Services, and wider recruitment teams.

What We're Looking For:

• Existing recruitment experience is preferable, but we're also open to individuals with a strong background in sales or account management.
• A confident communicator who thrives on face-to-face interactions and regularly meets clients in their current role.
• Commercially minded with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• A proactive, driven, and ambitious mindset.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
