Job Description:

Our team is lively and busy with a friendly competitiveness among colleagues! mbi Medical is based in Hertford, which offers two train stations and ample parking in town.

Our Primary Care desk is an expanding team focusing on both new and existing business in a 360 Recruitment Consultant role. This is a chance to join a team working with CCGs, local surgeries, Out of Hours Providers, Urgent Care Centres, and HMPs.

Salary up to £50k basic, dependent on experience, with a highly competitive and uncapped commission structure, including quarterly performance bonuses with the potential of £90k+ OTE. Regular pay reviews are based on performance, along with clear career progression and team-based "company treats".

Responsibilities:
  • Source and develop ongoing business relationships with Candidates
  • Source new clients and negotiate initial contracts
  • Develop ongoing business relationships with Managers
  • Fill urgent temporary cover bookings
  • Work on permanent placements
  • Negotiate ongoing candidate and client rates
  • Liaise with the Compliance Department to ensure Candidates are fully vetted
