Role: Finance and Accounting Recruitment Consultant (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and place top-tier finance and accounting professionals across the German market
  • Develop and manage relationships with clients and candidates
  • Conduct full 360-degree recruitment cycle, including business development, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement
  • Meet and exceed monthly billing targets
  • Maintain comprehensive candidate and client databases

Requirements
