Recruitment Consultant - German Language skills - MK based

We have an exciting opportunity based in our head office in Milton Keynes. We are looking for an experienced recruitment professional, ideally within the field of engineering. You will be part of a fun and supportive team of consultants predominantly working with one major global client. The role will not involve any business development, but requires strong proactive sourcing skills in a niche environment and a drive to succeed and progress within a growing organisation.

Focus of the role:
  • Candidate search and selection, attraction and technical screening. Ability to match candidate and client needs, working with both party's interests.
  • Diversifying time across multiple roles, in different territories. Able to assess workload and plan daily/weekly activities to maximise opportunity and billings.
  • Monitoring local market trends and being able to use that information to work in genuine collaboration with the client.
  • Application tracking and management through CRM/Job boards/Excel.
  • Maximise available technology to support your recruiting efforts.
  • Ability to forecast, track and achieve financial targets. Data driven.
  • Solution-focused, willing to face challenges head-on, and tries to create solutions to support individual and team performance.
