Recruitment Consultant – No experience needed (full training provided)

Location: Cardiff (parking on site available), moving to hybrid after training

Salary: £21,000+ DOE plus market leading commission with no threshold. (£30,000-£35,000 OTE)

What kind of skills are we looking for? If you’re someone who loves a chat, listens intently, and wants to help people fulfill their aspirations, this could be the perfect role. We’d like it if you have some call-based experience, sales preferred, and an ambitious nature. You’ll be a fast learner with the ability to use your own initiative to problem-solve.

What will the role involve?

  • Creating and developing your own UK client base through outbound and inbound business development (Calls, Emails, social media, and automation campaigns).
  • Developing new relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Developing new leads from market analysis, websites, networking, referrals, etc.
  • Arranging and attending virtual and face-to-face client meetings.
  • Managing the complete recruitment process, including taking full job briefs from clients, sourcing candidates through various methods (websites, referrals, networking, etc.), writing job adverts and news articles, interviewing candidates, and negotiating candidate offers.
  • Keeping up to date with industry information through attendance at meetings, events, and reading relevant publications.
  • Building your personal brand through professional social media and marketing.
