The Role

The Role:

• Sourcing and headhunting high-quality candidates

• Cold calling and business development
• Writing and posting job adverts
• Conducting candidate interviews (phone/video/in-person)
• Managing the hiring process from start to finish
• Closing deals and celebrating your wins!

About You

• Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn and achieve

• Sales or customer-facing experience is a bonus, but not essential

• Basic salary of £26,000 – £35,000 (DOE)
