The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and placing exceptional finance and accounting professionals across various industries and sectors, with the potential to leverage our international reach and connections.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both client organizations and potential candidates
- Conduct comprehensive candidate sourcing through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and direct approaches
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial screening to final placement
- Leverage our international business network to expand candidate and client opportunities
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Prepare candidate shortlists and present compelling profiles to client organizations
- Develop a deep understanding of client business needs and market trends in finance and accounting recruitment
- Meet and exceed monthly billing and placement targets
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client databases
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients
- Collaborate with international team members to enhance recruitment strategies
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within finance and accounting sectors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and sales capabilities
- Proficiency in using recruitment databases and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Graduate degree preferred, though relevant experience will be considered
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Adaptability and interest in global business dynamics
