Role Responsibilities:

• Build and develop a strong network of high-calibre finance and accounting professionals
• Conduct in-depth candidate sourcing and screening for commercial finance positions
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the finance and commercial sectors
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate identification to final placement
• Conduct thorough candidate interviews and skills assessments
