Are you an experienced recruitment consultant with a proven track record in business development? We're seeking a talented individual to join our established finance and accounting recruitment agency in the charming town of Harpenden.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant within our team, you will focus on growing our client base and placing exceptional talent across the South West. You'll work with either transactional, part-qualified or qualified accountancy roles throughout commerce and industry sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing new business relationships with finance departments across the South West
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for clients
  • Building and maintaining your candidate network
  • Meeting and exceeding revenue and activity targets
  • Contributing to the agency's continued growth and success

The Ideal Candidate:
