Recruitment Consultant - Executive Search

Sphere Group is a leading Independent Executive Search Firm that has worked in partnership with some of the UK’s most high-profile and fast-growing organisations for the past 25 years. The business is embarking on a period of ambitious growth with the aim to become the largest independent search and selection partnership in the UK.

We have several opportunities for high calibre graduates to join our Executive Finance Division. You will be working directly for one of our leading consultants and mentored by one of our Executive Directors, providing exposure to a range of high-profile assignments and highly influential individuals. You will work with a range of clients, from FTSE 100 blue chips through to fast growth Private Equity backed organisations, operating across a variety of sectors.

Joining as part of our successful Graduate Training Programme you will gain broad exposure to the search process, providing you with all the tools required to become a successful Consultant. The role encompasses both front line sales activity as well as qualitative research where you will require both strong relationship management skills and an analytical/detail-orientated mind-set.

Excellent progression opportunities exist for the successful candidate – three of our Directors joined the business on our Graduate Training scheme and the same development opportunity exists for all those joining the business.

Location:

Based out of our Bishop’s Stortford office, we operate a very flexible hybrid model to suit individual circumstances. The role will also include travel into London.
