Location: Preston
Salary: £25,000 PA (rising to £28,000) Year 2 OTE: £35,000 +

Service Care Solutions is looking for an Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our growing education desk in Preston. What you’ll be doing:

Business development - Proactively identifying and securing new client opportunities through phone- based and face- to face engagement.
Candidate sourcing & Management – Attracting top talent through job boards, social media, and networking.
Sales & Negotiation – Matching candidates with the right opportunities and closing deals.
Building Long Term Relationships – Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with clients and candidates.
Achieving & Exceeding Targets – Working towards individual and team performance targets.
