What you’ll be doing:

• Driving the growth of our Life Sciences division by building strong client relationships across Automation, Engineering, CAPEX, Biometrics, and the Quality & Regulatory fields.
• Winning new business while nurturing existing accounts and expanding your network.
• Placing top-tier talent into key Life Sciences roles, becoming a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates.
• Leading and shaping the direction of your market, with the opportunity to step into leadership roles as your desk grows.

• Proven experience in 360 recruitment, ideally in Life Sciences, Engineering, or Technology.
• A strong business development mindset with a proven track record of securing new clients and building long-lasting relationships.
