With continued expansion, Pinnacle Recruitment is looking in their West Byfleet office KT14.

Responsibilities
  • Recruit a wide range of Construction Professionals on a permanent basis, including roles such as Site Manager, Project Manager, Commercial Manager, Bid Manager, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Estimators, Technical Design Managers, and related disciplines.
  • Headhunt perspective candidates and use entrepreneurial, proactive recruitment strategies to grow your section.
  • Develop and grow your own section and, if desired, manage your own team with support from senior management.
  • Build relationships with large national Contractors or Developers as well as regional smaller contractors and developers.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience Recruiting management staff within a Construction or Residential Recruitment Desk on a permanent basis is preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial flair, highly motivated, and passionate about recruitment with a good working knowledge of Construction & Residential sectors.
  • Ability and desire to headhunt prospective candidates; Power to develop and execute on recruitment strategies.
