About the Role: We are looking to add an enthusiastic, motivated, and dynamic Recruitment Consultant to our London office, working within a dedicated team developing and delivering temporary and permanent staffing within Business Support, Commercial & Administration, Facilities, and Finance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop trusted relationships with existing and new clients
  • Proactively expand our client base, identify new business opportunities, network, and visit clients
  • Engage with candidates and build candidate resources to meet client demands
  • Manage your own time and handle your volume of jobs and applicants
  • Understand client needs and deliver accordingly
  • Provide market insights and consulting to clients and candidates
  • Post social media posts and adverts for candidate attraction
  • Manage all aspects of client and candidate engagement during contracts
  • Coordinate interviews and feedback with regular contact
  • Source and screen applicants via CRM, job boards, social media
  • Negotiate fees and pay rates with clients and candidates
