You will advertise vacancies, screen candidates, coordinate interviews and offers, and ensure a smooth recruitment journey for both clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify and attract suitable candidates for temporary, contract and permanent vacancies.
• Advertise vacancies across job boards, social media, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews and suitability assessments.
• Match candidates' skills, qualifications and experience to client requirements.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date candidate database.
• Obtain and verify relevant qualifications, certifications, references and right-to-work documentation.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate submissions, job offers and placements.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
