Recruitment Consultant

Retail Temps Luxury Market

Bicester

Do you enjoy working at pace on a variety of tasks?

Maybe you have experience in retail or recruitment?

Four Seasons Recruitment works tirelessly to recruit the highest calibre retail staff on a temporary basis, to work in the most well-known and niche luxury brands in Bicester.

You will be involved in resourcing the best candidates and support them through their time as a temporary sales consultant. Working as a part of the team you will account manage the clients recruitment requirements and deliver a high-quality service.

As a trainee recruitment consultant, you will be given full training and development from true experts and work as an integral part of the team.

A temporary recruitment consultant works at pace filling roles, often same day.

Each day you will ‘spin several plates’ and be expected to be well organised, capable of multi-tasking and able to ‘think on your feet’.

Once you are inducted your role will include:

  • Full end to end management of the candidate process
  • Candidate generation and conducting assessments
  • Candidate care
  • Taking client briefs and delivery on the roles
  • Meeting with the clients
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • All admin duties that support the above
