Responsibilities

  • Conduct executive candidate searches to support our clients' global business expansion, especially in the APAC and EMEA markets.
  • Stay informed about market trends and provide professional consultancy to build long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment process, including client and candidate meetings, understanding job requirements, assessing candidates, presenting suitable candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing offers and CV formatting.
  • Achieve business targets and develop new opportunities with existing and potential clients to increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to evaluate candidate profiles and determine suitability for client needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a relevant sector. Experience in recruitment or related industries is a plus.
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced, result-oriented environment.
  • Driven to exceed targets and confident in business development and multitasking.
  • Excellent presentation and influencing skills, with the ability to advise clients and candidates professionally at all levels.
  • Proficient in English; fluency in Chinese business language is an advantage.
