Location

Hybrid UK-based – Worthing or Brighton area preferred

Open to remote in some circumstances

Up to £27,000-£30,000 base plus up to 30% uncapped commission – OTE £70,000–£100,000+ for high performers

We are seeking an ambitious self-starter with a proven billing history to join our fast-growing team. You will be confident with proactive outreach including cold calling, voice notes, booking face-to-face meetings, and building strong relationships with C-suite executives and investors. Email outreach alone will not cut it here. You will also benefit from our notable LinkedIn presence which supports building your personal brand within the AI space.

What You Will Do

  • Build and own client relationships within emerging markets using a consultative approach, deeply understanding hiring needs to build long-term partnerships
  • Source and place top go-to-market and technical talent across the globe
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from winning business through to placement and onboarding
  • Drive outbound outreach through calls, voice notes, personalised engagement, and spec most placeable candidates to secure meetings and grow your network
  • Focus on the candidate journey, spending time understanding candidate requirements and building lasting relationships
  • Use social media to build your personal brand and enhance Skilltorch’s reputation

Who You Are

  • A driven 360 recruiter with a proven billing record and demonstrated success in achieving targets and driving revenue growth
  • Comfortable conducting high volumes of business development and building strong relationships
  • Skilled in innovative outreach methods beyond email
  • Passionate about AI and excited to grow your personal brand in a fast-expanding market
  • Willing to work flexible hours to align with US East Coast business times
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain client relationships
  • Resilient and proactive, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Eligible to work in the UK without visa sponsorship

  • At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment ideally within SaaS, cybersecurity, AI, digital media, fintech or similar sectors
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced environment handling mid to senior roles
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
