Job Description

Our Plymouth business is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to recruit for finance professionals across West Devon & Cornwall.

  • Energetic Business Development: Making proactive calls to prospective clients and attending networking events to foster long-term working partnerships.
  • Client Meetings: Travelling to visit clients on-site across West Devon and Cornwall to understand their unique requirements and offer bespoke recruitment solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Ensuring candidates and clients receive top-notch service and support during the entire recruitment journey.
  • Goal-Oriented Performance: Meeting targets, adhering to KPIs, and keeping track of your achievements.
