• 1+ year of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Recruitment.
• Ability to work US hours (10-7 OR 12-9).
• Clear motivations for wanting to be successful.

Responsibilities

• Manage entire recruitment process from client onboarding to placement.
• Work within STEM teams including Renewable Energy, Maritime, Space, AI, and more.
• Deliver existing work while building your own client base.

Your role:

• 360 recruitment consultant within one of our STEM teams
• Renewable Energy, Maritime, Space, AI, Deep Tech, Defense, Civil Engineering
• Manage entire recruitment process from client onboarding to placement
• We have a surplus of existing work you can deliver to whilst building your clients

Requirements:

• Ability and interest to work US hours of 10-7 OR 12-9 (12-7 on Fridays)
• Sales / Business Development OR Recruitment experience (1+ year)
• Interest in working 5 days a week in our Billericay office
• Ambitious and driven personality
• Clear motivations for wanting to be successful
