Recruitment Consultant – Business Office Services

About the Company – PRS Recruitment Services are a leading supplier in the Facilities Engineering & Support Services into the infrastructure sector plus Hospitality recruitment company with offices throughout the UK and Texas USA.

About the Role – We are currently looking to add an enthusiastic, motivated and dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our London office, working within a dedicated team developing and delivering temporary and permanent staffing within Business Support, Commercial & Administration, Facilities and Finance.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop a trusted relationship with existing and new clients.
  2. Proactively expand our existing client base, identify and develop new business development opportunities, client networking, client visits.
  3. Pro-actively engage with candidates and continually build candidate resources to meet your clients' demands.
  4. You’ll be responsible for your own time-management and handling your volume of jobs and applicants.
  5. Understand our client’s needs and their expectations, delivering to both.
  6. Provide consultative support to clients/candidates on market conditions/trends/market rates.
  7. Post regular social media posts and adverts for candidate attraction.
  8. Manage all aspects of the client/candidate engagement throughout the temporary contract period.
  9. Keep regular contact with clients and candidates when coordinating interviews and feedback.
  10. Sourcing and screening applicants through our internal CRM, job boards, social media, etc.
  11. Contract management, negotiating fees with clients and pay rates with candidates.

Required Skills

  1. Be goal-driven and enthusiastic towards your work – mindset is key!
  2. Have strong organisation and time-management skills.
  3. Have an outgoing and confident personality, someone who will lead their market.
  4. A proven track record in hitting and exceeding targets.
  5. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Have a communicative and customer-focused working style.
  7. Min 1 yr in a recruitment role with temporary recruitment.

What you can expect:

  1. A competitive basic salary range of £30,000 – £35,000 & Uncapped commission structure.
  2. OTE 1st year £50,000 – £60,000 – Uncapped.
