Fueled by growth and success, we are seeking an experienced 360 Search Consultant to join our Space, Satellite & Communications team. We focus on senior level hires on a truly global basis. Alongside our HQ in Brighton and US HQ in New York, we have set up a shiny new office just outside of London in St Albans. We are looking to build a strong collaborative team culture with a hybrid 3 days a week role.

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 1 year of recruitment or sales experience.
• A high-level of academic performance.
• Demonstrable experience of identifying, approaching and winning new retained or continency business or for non-recruitment candidates - experience of end-to-end complex sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
• High Energy, High Intelligence.

• Competitive base salary and uncapped commission structure. Mid to High performers should expect to earn £100k+ in Year 2.
