TH Daniels Global Executive Search & Selection was established in 2020 and has since enjoyed exceptional growth. Our 2025 Graduate Scheme is now open to highly ambitious, driven, and talented graduates who are keen to immerse themselves in a truly exciting career.

At TH Daniels, we specialise in placing exceptionally talented individuals across some of the world’s most important industries. Our core areas of expertise include Energy & Industrial, Automation, Medical, Scientific & Healthcare, Chemicals, Packaging and Ingredients, Flavours & Fragrances markets.

Since 2020, we have experienced significant growth, expanding from 3 to over 25 Consultants. Our next phase aims to reach 50 Consultants within the next 2 years, with plans to hire an additional 20 Consultants in 2025.

The Role of a Headhunter

Being a headhunter is a unique and rewarding career. It primarily involves 360-degree sales, business development, and key account management.

You will manage relationships with clients, including some of the world’s leading brands, innovative startups, and private equity firms. Your responsibility will be sourcing top talent and supporting their transition into new roles.

You will also build a network of talented candidates within your specialised industry, actively pursuing career opportunities for them.

The starting base salary is £26,000, and our graduates have earned over £100,000 in their first year. There are rapid progression opportunities, with some Consultants advancing to Management within 12-18 months.
