ConTrust Group is a Construction Recruitment company that specialises in Fit-Out, Active Fire Protection, Retail, Data Centres, and the M&E space.

We are looking for a 180 Sales Consultant to join our Fire Division, please see a detailed specification below:

Location: Central London

Salary: Competitive + Re-Structured Commission

Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Promotions: Clear growth path indicated on day one.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Owning, managing and growing your division, whether this be an existing desk or building from scratch.
  • Tracking projects and winning new business.
  • Building key relationships with existing and new clients both on the phone and scheduling face-to-face meetings.
  • Having weekly business strategies on how you will align with personal and company goals.
  • Hitting KPI's set for a 180 sales desk.
  • Weekly, monthly and quarterly monitoring of senior leadership team meetings.

  • Naturally driven attitude towards growing your desk, being motivated by success.
  • Accountability throughout your work and communicating with the SLT to ensure a smooth running of your accounts.
  • Keen attitude to grow and develop in areas that may need nurturing.
  • Out-of-the-box thinking and solution providing.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience building large contract books with proven billings.
