Kingdom People, due to recent growth, is looking to add to our successful fulfilment team based in central Havant. This creates an opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant.

This will be a fast-paced recruitment role engaging with our temporary workers and clients daily, both in the office and on client sites.

Where: Havant

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm, with on-call requirements (rota evenings and weekends)

Role and Responsibilities

You will manage existing clients, develop new business, and source suitable candidates or temporary workers.

Duties include:

  • Managing client relationships proactively
  • Attracting quality applicants using all available methods and entering candidates into the CRM
  • Investigating new clients, following up leads, and gathering market information
  • Using the SWEEP method for prospecting and making business development calls
  • Promoting yourself via social media like LinkedIn
  • Building relationships with clients and candidates
  • Attending client visits to promote services
  • Monitoring market conditions and competitor activities
  • Updating client information on the CRM
  • Adhering to ISO procedures, policies, and GDPR
  • Completing weekly temporary payroll (temporary worker role)
  • Supporting site inductions, check-ins, reviews, and planning (temporary worker role)
  • Covering out-of-hours calls, evenings, weekends, and onsite during busy periods (temporary worker role)
  • Providing weekly statistics as required
Qualifications and Skills

Excellent communication skills, IT literacy, good interpersonal skills (face-to-face, phone, email), attention to detail, self-motivation, multi-tasking, and ability to work in a busy environment.
