Location: Hybrid SK9 Area (Cheshire)

Salary: £30,000 £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Commission: Strong commission structure to reward your success

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in recruitment

Working Pattern: Hybrid (office and remote working)

Management Style: No micro-management autonomy and trust

Role Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying and engaging candidates to securing client placements

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates

Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent across relevant markets

Provide consultative advice to clients and deliver tailored recruitment solutions

Utilize digital tools, social media, and networking events to expand your reach and brand

Meet and exceed individual and team targets, with transparent and rewarding commission

Operate with autonomy, demonstrating reliability, initiative, and professional judgement

Requirements

At least 2 years proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role

Genuine passion for recruitment and a drive to achieve results

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
