Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity in the Logistics Recruitment Sector? Assist Resourcing is seeking an experienced Industrial/Manufacturing Recruitment Consultant in Wigan.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in High Volume Hiring, Administration, and Recruitment. More details about the role are listed below, after we tell you about the benefits of working with us!

Roles & Responsibilities:

The following list is non-exhaustive; flexibility and willingness to learn new skills are essential. Responsibilities include:

  • Utilizing internal systems such as Ticket Systems (IT requests, marketing requests, purchase order numbers), Payroll Management Systems, and Time & Attendance Systems
  • Using the telephone to contact applicants for pre-screening and interview booking, liaising with client department managers, and communicating with drivers daily
  • Conducting candidate inductions and assessments, pre-screening applicants, and ensuring they meet client standards for placement
  • Full interviews and on-site inductions; confident speaking to large groups
  • Data collation, reporting, tracking worker attendance, creating reports, and data analysis
  • Participating in meetings and briefings with various client teams (Operations, HR, Health & Safety, etc.)

You should be comfortable dealing with a variety of people within the logistics sector, from warehouse managers to warehouse operatives.

We would like to hear from you. You will need your own driving license and transport, as some travel between client sites will be required. You must be a UK resident (we are unable to assist with visas) and able to travel to and from the site for your shift.
