Build and manage a full recruitment desk (client + candidate side)Develop new business through cold calling, networking, and market researchMaintain and grow relationships with existing clientsTake and manage job briefs from clientsSource, screen, and interview candidates for vacanciesWrite and post job adverts across platformsManage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: from brief to placementPrepare and brief candidates for interviewsHandle offer negotiation and contract arrangementsMeet and exceed KPIs (calls, interviews, placements, revenue)Track all activity in the CRM/databaseStay updated on market trends and competitor activityProvide a high-quality, consultative service to both clients and candidates
Profile
Results-driven and target-focused with a proven track record in recruitment or salesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client and candidate relationshipsConfident negotiator and influencer, able to close deals effectivelyHighly organised with strong time management and the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneouslyResilient and able to handle rejection while maintaining motivationComfortable working in a fast-paced, competitive environmentTech-savvy with experience using CRM systems and online job boardsDemonstrates a consultative approach, understanding client needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutionsSelf-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently and as part of a teamPassionate about recruitment and keen to develop professionally within the industry
