The position offers hybrid working in Weston-Super-Mare, with 37 hours per week and a competitive salary. The candidate will contribute to inclusive hiring practices and support workforce planning for future staffing.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience gained either in-house or within a recruitment consultancy.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles within operations, energy, manufacturing, production, engineering, or related sectors.
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment.

What will I be doing?

Working closely with hiring managers, you'll deliver an outstanding end-to-end recruitment experience while building strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Unlike many recruitment roles, there are no business development targets or cold-calling requirements. Instead, you'll focus on partnering with internal stakeholders, identifying high-quality talent, and helping shape the future workforce of a leading environmental services organisation.
