Day-to-Day Duties

  • Pro-actively search, attract, and shortlist candidates using all necessary tools, including online job boards.
  • Create, place, and update job adverts; monitor and process applications efficiently.
  • Build and manage candidate relationships, understanding their requirements.
  • Screen and qualify candidates effectively.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities; build client relationships.
  • Work towards targets, deadlines, and KPIs.
  • Maintain databases with candidate information and CVs.
  • Perform general administrative duties.
  • Lead by example and motivate yourself.
  • Display passion and a desire to succeed.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Hold a valid driving license and own vehicle.
  • Customer service or sales experience preferred.

  • Training will be provided.
