About the Role:

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll be a key player in our team, taking on multiple roles such as:

• Consultant: Build and nurture client relationships.
• Salesperson: Identify opportunities and win new business.
• Advisor & Negotiator: Guide clients and candidates through the recruitment process.
• Entrepreneur: Grow your own corner of the recruitment world.
