Job summary

Zachary Daniels is recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant in Retail Operations in Warrington. You don’t need recruitment experience; you bring retail leadership, commercial mindset and people skills to build a new recruitment desk.

You’ll develop client relationships, win new business, and manage the full recruitment process, with strong earning potential and a collaborative, employee-owned culture. Training and support help you succeed and grow with us.

You know retail. We can teach you recruitment.

You've recruited people, built teams, delivered targets and dealt with everything retail throws at you.

But have you ever thought about using those skills to build a completely different career?

At Zachary Daniels, we're growing our Retail Operations team and looking for someone ambitious, commercially minded and brilliant with people.

You might be a Store Manager, Deputy Manager or come from a hospitality management background.

You don't need recruitment experience. You need the drive to succeed.

What will you be doing?

You'll be working with some brilliant retail brands, helping them find great people while building your own successful recruitment business.

That means:

• Building relationships with retail leaders and winning new business.
• Finding great candidates and helping them take the next step in their careers.
• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
• Developing your own client relationships and growing your desk.
• Working towards targets and being rewarded for your success.

This is a commercial role. You'll need to enjoy speaking to people, creating opportunities and making things happen.
