Michelle Waterworth Recruitment is seeking an Executive Recruitment Consultant to join its growing team. You will handle retained and exclusive assignments across Operations, Engineering, Technical, and Senior Leadership, supporting food manufacturing clients.

The role involves developing client relationships, mapping markets, and delivering a consultative service from brief to appointment, with regular travel across Yorkshire.

The Opportunity

A growing executive search business specialising in the food manufacturing sector is looking to appoint an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join its expanding team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter who wants to move beyond traditional contingency recruitment and develop a successful career in retained and executive search recruitment.

Working alongside experienced search professionals, you will support leading food manufacturing clients across Yorkshire and the wider UK market, recruiting senior-level talent and building long-term client partnerships.

The Role

As an Executive Recruitment Consultant, you will manage retained and exclusive recruitment assignments across a range of disciplines including Operations, Engineering, Technical, Supply Chain, Commercial, NPD, HR and Senior Leadership.

You will be responsible for developing client relationships, identifying and engaging high‑calibre candidates, conducting market mapping projects and delivering a consultative recruitment service from initial brief through to successful appointment.

The role involves regular travel throughout Yorkshire to meet clients, develop relationships and support continued business growth across the region.
