Salary: Attractive salary + commission
Location: Takeley HQ
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

First Call Talent Solutions, the permanent recruitment division of First Call Contract Services, is growing and we're looking for a driven, forward-thinking Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our team at our state-of-the-art HQ in Takeley.

If you're a confident closer, passionate about building client relationships, and unafraid to pick up the phone, this is an exciting opportunity to join a high-potential division with strong backing and big growth plans.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Proactively generating new business opportunities

  • Managing and developing client relationships, including leads from First Call's national network

  • Collaborating with our branch network to maximise coverage and revenue

  • Running the full 360° recruitment process - from sourcing and screening to closing placements

  • Taking full ownership of your desk - this is your business to grow
