You'll have the opportunity to work with international clients and candidates while building and growing your own desk, just like running your own business. This role specifically focuses on our technical shipping desk, giving you the chance to work within a dynamic, global industry that's essential to international trade.

4. Proven financial performance in either contract or permanent recruitment
