Recruitment consultants with experience required at all levels to join our team at Skilled Careers in our office in Leeds.

Skilled Careers is one of the UK’s leading professional search and recruitment consultancies for construction, engineering, and property on both permanent and contract assignments

You will get the opportunity to work with list of key clients working across the Construction, Engineering and Property sectors supplying staff on a contract or permanent basis. You will be able to specialise in a specific sector and not be a generalist recruiter.

Duties and Responsibilities of a recruitment consultant

• Resourcing and regenerating – via the database, job boards, networking, referrals, headhunting and social media.

• Provide expert, specialist advice to candidates

• Identifying and developing client/business relationships

• Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client

• Visiting clients to build and develop positive relationships with them

Desired Skills of a recruitment consultant

• Previous recruitment experience preferably in the Construction, Engineering or Property sectors

• A proven track record in recruitment

• Previous sales or business development experience

• Account and client management experience
